Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped. You will receive an email notification once I have sent your order.

All orders are shipped plastic-free in recyclable or compostable packaging (or occasionally in reused plastic packaging). 

All orders will be shipped tracked with Australia Parcel Post. If you are only purchasing one small item like a bookmark pack, greeting cards, or notebook, and would prefer your package to be sent as an untracked large letter, please feel free to contact me :)

You will be sent your tracking number upon fulfillment, and can trace your package. A signature on delivery is not required for Parcel Post. I do not take responsibility for any parcels once Parcel Post has received your packed parcel from me.

Domestic shipping:
Standard: $10
Express: $15

FREE standard shipping for orders over $80

International shipping:
Standard: 
Flat rate 0-500g: $30AUD
Flat rate 500g-1kg: $50AUD

At this stage I can only offer standard international shipping. If you would like your order express shipped, please contact me.

Local delivery:
Please only select local delivery if you are a friend or family, or it has been previously arranged. If this is not the case I will not hand deliver, and you will be asked to pay shipping.
